Order requests
Marli Hommel Art processes the name, email address and any telephone, address and message details you enter in an order request.
We use these details solely to assess the request, contact you and, if you accept an offer, perform the agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement and performing that agreement.
New and cancelled requests are automatically anonymized after 3 months. Details that form part of final sales records may be retained for up to seven years because of statutory record-keeping duties.
Details are shared only with parties necessary for hosting, email, administration or delivery. Appropriate agreements are made with processors. We do not sell your details or use them for newsletters without separate consent.
You can use marli@marlihommel.com to request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
